Ordering Booth extras

If you need any special services or booth additions — such as catering, extra/boosted electrical, decor and more — complete the Convention Center & Arena’s form. exhibitor Packages & DELIVERIES

As a general rule, the Sioux Falls Convention Center & Arena facility does not charge drayage. Exhibitors are responsible for shipping packages to and from the facility. Packages should be mailed to:

          Denny Sanford PREMIER Center

          Governor Noem’s South Dakota Showcase and [Exhibitor Name]

          Booth #[number]

          1201 N West Avenue

          Sioux Falls, SD 57104

Please make sure to arrange for shipping packages back to your organization prior to leaving at the end of the event, as we are not responsible for any packages left at the facility. The Sioux Falls Convention Center & Arena, as well as the staff and planning members of Governor Noem’s South Dakota Showcase are not responsible for packages left or that remain at the close of the show. Packages must be picked up by your designated shipping agent by 9 a.m. on Monday, October 25, 2021.

Load-In & Booth SetUp

Showcase setup and teardown times:

  • Thursday, October 21 | 3-8 p.m. setup
  • Friday, October 22 | 8-11 a.m. setup
  • Saturday, October 23 | 5-7 p.m. teardown
