Exhibitor FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Governor Noem’s South Dakota Showcase is open to all companies; however, the focus of the event is to highlight South Dakota, especially all things outdoors-related. We especially encourage entities specializing in outdoor recreation and retail, as well as family-friendly activities and the fine arts to take part in this event. To apply to be an exhibitor, please complete the Exhibitor Application.
To be courteous to show attendees, we recommend that exhibitors park in Lot E. You can also view and download our detailed parking map.

Yes. As a general rule, the Sioux Falls Convention Center & Arena facility does not charge drayage. Exhibitors are responsible for shipping packages to and from the facility. Packages should be mailed to:

Please make sure to arrange for shipping packages back to your organization prior to leaving at the end of the event, as we are not responsible for any packages left at the facility. The Sioux Falls Convention Center & Arena, as well as the staff and planning members of Governor Noem’s South Dakota Showcase are not responsible for packages left or that remain at the close of the show. Packages must be picked up by your designated shipping agent by 9 a.m. on Monday, October 25, 2021.
Yes. First aid is available at the Sioux Falls Arena office located just outside of the Arena doors.
Yes. Wheelchairs are available for attendees and exhibitors by stopping by the Sioux Falls Convention Center & Arena office. Please bring a photo ID to the showcase if you would like to use a wheelchair. There is no charge for use.
